Year 8 Options Evening 26th March 2026

We are pleased to invite you and your daughter to attend Year 8 Options Evening on Thursday 26th March 2026, starting at 6pm and ending at 8pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the subject options available to your daughter as they progress in their school journey into GCSEs starting in Year 9 this September.

The evening will consist of a presentation Main School Hall, together with the chance to explore the school and talk with all teachers about the subjects that your daughter may be interested in studying GCSE. We will also be providing you with more information about our excellent Duke of Edinburgh award and the opportunities that are available to your daughter. Not only will Subject Head of Departments be available to answer any questions about the subjects, but we will also have pupils from Year 9 and 10 in school to help show some the subjects in action; they will also be able to answer any questions about their chosen subjects, together with sharing their experiences of GCSE so far. I am sure that you will be excited by the range of options and opportunities available.
