Rock Star Challenge!

This term in Horrible Histories Club, students had a new challenge! Members were asked to design, on a pebble, the face of a famous figure from history. Hence the arrival of Barock Obama and Winstone Churchill!

Students let their creativity and artistic flair shine, producing a gallery of historical “rock stars.” Among the winning entries were an impressive likeness of Queen Elizabeth and a striking Two-ton Khamun— a perfect tie-in with the Ancient Egyptian workshop earlier in the week. Punning favourites included Michael Jack-Stone, while a special mention went to Isaac Newton, whose pebble portrait came complete with a smaller stone apple to demonstrate gravity in action.
