PE Trip to Twickenham

On Wednesday the PE department were excited to take some Year 8 students on a rugby themed trip.

They were able to take part in a practical training session with coaching from Rosslyn Park Rugby club coaches. Students then travelled to Allianz stadium in Twickenham where they had the opportunity to learn about the history of Rugby and its origins as well as complete a tour around the stadium, learning about how the stadium runs on match days, visiting the pitch side and players changing rooms and even the Rugby presidents lounge.  The students all really enjoyed the trip and it was great to see their enthusiasm!
