Independent Catering Update

Message from Independent Catering, our canteen team...

Arrears on accounts:

Unfortunately, we have a number of students currently in arrears on their accounts, please could you ensure you check your child’s WisePay account over the half term break, and clear any money owed. From the beginning of term 4, we will only be allowing a student to go into arrears of a maximum of £2.90. This will allow them to purchase a main meal and pudding to eat in the canteen if their account has not been topped up. Should a child be at this limit and requesting food from the canteen, they will be directed to speak with their SDL or a member of the pastoral team for support.

Free School Meal Students:

If you are a receiver of free school meals, please be aware this allocates £2.90 to your child each day. Please can you remind them that this covers the main meal and pudding. Unfortunately, we often have students purchasing a drink or snack at breaktime, and this then does not leave them with the full fund available at lunch time.
