Shepway Test 2026
The date of the test is Saturday 12th September 2026 and there will be three sessions. These are pre-allocated and therefore cannot be changed.
The session your daughter has been allocated, with session specific drop off/collection points and times, will be shown on your invitation email, which will be sent out as soon as possible.
Regretfully there will be no vehicular access, therefore parents will need to park in local streets and then make their way onto the school site on foot. Our thanks in advance for your co-operation. Please allow ample time to arrive for registration and please be considerate of our neighbours when parking.
The Shepway test consists of an online assessment of English, Mathematics and Non-verbal reasoning. There is also a paper based creative writing task. Girls should bring bottled water and a pen/pencil for writing and potential workings out. If you would like your daughter to have the opportunity to preview the ‘look and feel’ of the online assessment, prior to taking the test, this is available further down this page.
A final plea - as a first ‘real’ experience of our school, it is likely to be less than ideal and therefore we ask you to bear with us as we seek to run the test smoothly for over 400 girls.
