National School Theatre Awards Success!

On Monday, a select group os students and staff attended the National School Theatre Awards in London's West End. We were nominated in a few categories for both 'We Will Rock You' and 'Cloudbusting'.  There are over 750 schools involved - many performing arts schools and, fair to say, many private schools. 

We are extremeley pleased and proud to announce that one of our students won the Best Actress in a School Play for the second year in a row! A stunning achievement and accolade in any year - but twice in a row! Those of us who watched 'Cloudbusting' at The Gulbenkian could not really be surprised; it was a powerhouse and standout performance - and now nationally recognised!

So, another red carpet experience for the students and another award for the performing arts at FSG - that is three years running so jawdropping sums it up!
