Exercise Wyvern Dragon

From 5th - 11th of July, 76 FSG Cadets took part in Cadet Camp "Exercise Wyvern Dragon" with South West Brigade Cadet Training Team at Okehampton Camp, Devon. Cadets took part in a series of planned activity days including a day on rifle ranges, an in-camp competition day (called the "Wyvern Challenge"), an adventure training day and a "TIBUA" day practising tactics indoors using high-grade equipment. The team the Contingent entered for the competition day came 2nd out of 12 teams.  They showed great aptitude on a combined memory and water-balloons related command task and also Clay pigeon shooting.

At the end of the week, the FSG Cadets won the "Outstanding Contingent of the Week" award, much to the pride of cadets and staff alike, having demonstrated the best of Cadet Values and Standards all week, impressing the camp training team greatly. Well done to all cadets who represented the school fantastically!
