At the full Governors meeting held on the
19th November 2008, the Governors reviewed the Trust School proposals
and since no representations had been received in the four weeks
following publication of the statutory notice and proposal, they
unanimously agreed to acquire a Trust with effect from 1st January 2009.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the proposed Trust partners at a
meeting on the 16th June. Although this is not a legally binding document it
confirms the agreement by the proposed partners to support the school by forming
a Trust.
